Top Tips

1. Carry Your ID Card

Show your new member card to your doctors. Also show it to other health care workers when you visit them.

2. Pick a Case Management Agency

Every member should be assigned to a case manager. A case manager is someone who helps manage all your behavioral health care needs.

3.Check the Preferred Drug List

Check the list to find out which medicines are covered by your plan.

4. Use the Network

Use doctors and other providers in your plan's network. Staying in the network can save money. Check out AlohaCare’s Provider Finder to find providers in your area. 

5. Register for a Secure Account

Register on our website at www.AlohaCare.org/CCS to access the member portal. Once you register, you can: 

  • Change your doctor 
  • Order a replacement member ID card 
  • And more!

6. Use the 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line

Have health questions? Nurses are available for you to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are happy to help you. You can find the phone number on the back of your member ID card. 

7. If Your Information Changes

Call our Member Services team at 808-450-3386 or toll-free 1-888-397-9899. TTY/TDD users call 1-877-447-5990 to let us know if: 

  • Your address needs updating 
  • Your personal information changes
